Booking Fee (Booking fee applied at the entrance point of the Exhibition which is an extra cost added to the entrance ticket price)

Bookings
Bookings at the Exhibition entrance point can be made both by groups or individual visitors. Entrance bookings will guarantee visitors the possibility to enter the Exhibition at any time, even at peak visiting hours, thus avoiding irksome queues.
Entrance to the Exhibition can be booked at the following times: on the hour - at 20 min past the hour and at 20 minutes to the hour - from 9.00am to 6.00pm every day.
The Exhibition closes at 7.00pm
Booking is not obligatory, however it is strongly advisable to book for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Visitors may remain within the Exhibition for as long as they wish, however, an exhaustive and complete visit lasts indicatively just over an hour.

Booked Tickets and Pre-sold tickets cannot be annulled or refunded and bookings cannot be modified.

Ticket Office
Booked tickets for the Exhibition can be collected at the ticket office situated in the building Palazzo Crepadona, which is also where the Exhibition is held.
When collecting booked tickets, visitors are required to provide an identity card or document and their booking reference number emitted on the confirmation email sent to the visitor at the moment of booking.
Visitors are kindly requested to collect their booked tickets at least fifteen minutes prior to entrance.

Payment
The booking fee is an extra € 1,00 for each booked ticket, except for students' bookings which have an extra cost of € 0,50 for each student booking. Visitors who book tickets with special reduced prices are kindly requested to provide documentation regarding their right to reduced special priced tickets, at the moment of collecting their booked tickets from the ticket office.
It is also possible to make bookings on Internet directly from this page. Furthermore, it is possible to proceed with credit card payment of a booking directly from the link on the present page.

Exhibition Tours and Educational Work Shops
A Guided tour of the Exhibition or a work shop can be booked (for groups, individuals and school classes) by following the same guidelines as those applied for ticket bookings. The extra cost for the guided tour or work shop will be added to the ticket price and paid at the ticket office.
