From the Top Dolomite Chefs, refined Rococò dishes
Nine of the most well known chefs of the Bellunese cusine – in collaboration with the association Altogusto — have decided to render homage to this celebrated artist with menus inspired by the Venetian Rococò style. These unique meals shall be on offer every day from December 2008 through to July 2009 in specified restaurants.
Brustolon moved towards the Rococò style towards the end of his career. The culinary characteristics of that period — simple nobility, dry decorative forms, delicate tastefulness of style — go well together with the creativeness of this initiative by the Bellunese chefs.
